Democracy jeans are amazing!! I’m curvy and in both the skinny as well as the Itty bitty boot cut they are comfortable and don’t dig in.

I prefer flat front pants for this reason whenever possible (I am petite and high wasted so I wear midrise jeans & tops out). There is a brand out of Canada that makes pants but is tough to find called UP! –they are wonderful, comfortable and styled to look like regular jeans. I always wear my tops out even if they are close fitting. I also like AG jeans–many have some spandex in them and the flys seem to lay flatter than other jeans.
