Vionic is my best friend too, but I can only handle the thong models.

For dressy/fancy options Marion Parke has pricey but beautiful options.

These worst pain is getting woken up because of a calf cramp with plantar Fasciitis. My favorite shoe is the Hoku One One. Better than vionics. Vionics are awesome though.

Oh, I absolute swear by Vionic shoes. Podiatrist told be about them, and my plantar fasciitis pain DISAPPEARED. I won’t wear any other shoes anymore. I had no idea how much my old shoes (and going barefoot) played a role in my pain. Vionics are the BEST!

All make stylish shoes. Silky shoes tend to be less stylish than the others.

I was in agony until I was fitted for orthotics that I could only wear in running shoes. I wore them pretty much daily for 6 months. My feet felt fine when wearing the orthotics/running shoe combination and I cringed when I had to wear normal shoes. I also had a pair of slim line orthotics for dress shoes but they didn’t do nearly the same job. The podiatrist also advised that I not walk barefoot – as if I could anyways – and I purchased a pair of supportive sandals to wear around the house. I did foot strengthening exercises daily and also massaged my arch on a tennis ball. Now, I can wear any shoe that I want without the use of orthotics but I ALWAYS look for shoes with supportive arches. I stay away from flats at all costs and never wear more than a heel height of 1.5”. And when I can, i still wear my running shoes with those bulky orthotics. I NEVER EVER want to be limited in my ability to walk again – and plantar fasciitis is one problem that I can avoid by wearing proper supportive footwear.
